 Tina was born and raised in Susanville, Ca and has been working for Town & Country since 1999. Tina started at the company as a Listing Assistant and received her California License in 2003. In 2006 Tina received her Broker’s License and purchased the company. Tina is a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and our local Lassen County Association of Realtors. In addition to those memberships, Tina is a past President of the Lassen Association, a MLS Chairperson, continuing director since 2002, a member of the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce, and a supporter of community events and local charities. With the drastic change in market conditions over the years, Tina has a vast understanding and no-nonsense approach that makes handling transactions and closing escrows run smoothly.

Ashley was also born and raised in Susanville, Ca and has been working for Town & Country since 2008. Ashley started at the company as the receptionist and soon developed a further interest in Real Estate, obtaining her license in January of 2011. Ashley is a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and our local Lassen County Association of Realtors. In addition to those memberships, Ashley is also an MLS committee member and a Lassen Association Director for the 2013 calendar year. Ashley has a new and fresh outlook on the market and makes for an excellent Buyer’s Agent. She continually works hard for her clients, and strives to make the buying and selling process a simple and stress free process.

Noelle is the newest member to our team, and brings with her over 27 years of Real Estate experience.  Noelle is a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and our local Lassen Association of Realtors. In addition to those memberships, Noelle is also a Lassen Association Director, NAR e-Pro Certified, and specializes in REO and Foreclosure properties and sales. Noelle stands by her “client first” philosophy and this approach requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. Noelle’s motto: “Action, Commitment, and Teamwork!”

Amy Holley, Broker Associate

 Amy is new to Lassen County, and brings over 15 years of experience to the team.  Amy is certified in the following designations:  Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, e-PRO certified, GRI graduate, NAR Green Designee, Single Family Residential Short Sale and Foreclosure Certified, and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Amy enjoys helping first time home buyers find the perfect home and works very hard to ensure her clients are happy.
