I recently had the opportunity to work with Tina Cordoba and the team at Town and Country Real Estate during the purchase of my most recent home. The property we chose was challenging, in that it was a short sale, and that owner’s no longer lived in California. Through all the challenges we faced during the purchase, Tina and Ashley kept me informed, and up to date continually during the entire process. As to the sale process, it was a lot of work for them I know, and not so much work for me. Excellent job!!
